AI Art on Zazzle (Part 4)

AI Art on Zazzle (Part 4)

In the fourth and final part of this tutorial. I will show you how to use Copilot ai free version to do the collection videos with Canva which is also free but the paid version ($12.95) comes with many extras.

So I had to play around with the prompts here but my initial one was "Peach fuzz floral themed wedding" and here were the results...

I like the last one so I downloaded that.

Not bad, so I tried it again and got more results but they were all a bit samey so I tried "Peach fuzz floral themed wedding bride".

Hmmm...I'm beginning to see the connection Copilot is making with "Fuzz" lol that's cool. I like the first one. You can play around with the wording as much as you like until you get the desired results of course. You can be as flowery as you like and include things like "bokeh" (which I love) or "confetti" and such. All you need is four good ones because that's how many pages we are going to do in Canva as the videos should not be longer than 90 seconds so it's just about right. Talking of Canva, that is where we are headed now so once you have four decent scenarios set for your video, you can go and "Create a design" and "Video".

Once that opens, go to "Resize & Magic Switch" top left and "Custom" and then enter the values 1480 x 1480 pixels the press "Resize this design".

Now you can go to "Uploads" and start uploading your video scenes. You are the director! Once they are uploaded, press on the one you want to appear first and it will appear on your canvas. Then right-click on it and "Set image as background"

When that is done, select "Animate" and "Breathe". This gives the image movement.

Now I'm going to use the same four products I used for the collection cover pic to make my movie (you can use any). Click on the one you want first and it will appear superimposed over your wedding scene. Now select "Edit photo" and "Shadows" and then "Drop" to give it a nice drop shadow.

Now choose "Add text" and "Add a heading". Give it a title and play around with the fonts. They have some really nice ones and Canva even lets you import your own!

Now, see there under the image where it says "Add page"? That's what you are going to do three times and repeat the process I have just shown you. Once you have four pages, you can go to "Share" and "Download" as MP4 Video.

So now I've created a collection with covers and a video all for free! Like I said, I'm unsure about the merits of the Canva free version but the pro version is really worth the money. Canva is a very sophisticated design platform. This is just the way I'm doing them now after much trial and error. It's worth reading this article to get a good idea of how things should be done...

Here is my video...

And here is the collection...Peach Fuzz

AI Art on Zazzle (Part 3)

AI Art on Zazzle (Part 3)

In part three I will show you how to use Copilot ai free version once again to do the collection pics with some help from Canva again.

The prompt I used here was "4 blank white 5 x 7 portrait invitations, mockup flat lay sample, isolated, on top of a peach fuzz floral wedding background, keep blank white invitations clear of objects with no objects on top of the blank invitations mockup flat lay samples, photoreal" and here were the results...

The last one looks nice and simple so I will use that.

Select "Create a design" and scroll down to "Custom size".

Select that and enter 1480 x 1480 pixels as that is the size of the Zazzle collection pics.

Once you are presented with your canvas, you can "Set image as background".

Now download the cards from Zazzle and upload them to Canva. Once they are there, place them on the cover image using the scaling nodes on the corners. Then hit the "Share" button and download your finished cover.

In Zazzle, go to Media Manager and do the business...

Now this is very important for the "Cross-Sell Cover Collection Images Search Pages Testing!". Once you have added your media image, you must then press on "Zazzle Marketplace" in collection channels once that is enabled obviously. Then proceed to select the products as they appear on your media image. This is to avoid any confusion with the customer so that "what you see is what you get". Be sure to press "Save" after selecting.

So now this is how our collections will appear to the public...

There is a video that explains that right here.

Just for the record, If you want to have any other type of product other than a card in your collection and/or product cover pic, you need to know about Canva's splendid background remover.

Bring the product into your canvas as usual and then go to "Edit photo" and "BG Remover".

I think you'll agree that it does an awesome job!

Tune in for part 4 where we are going to make videos!

AI Art on Zazzle (Part 2)

AI Art on Zazzle

In part one, I showed you how to use AI art to your advantage on Zazzle. In this tutorial, I'll demonstrate how to use Copilot ai free version once again to do the cover pics with some help from Canva of course.

So my prompt for a cover for the first main invitation is thus..."blank white 5 x 7 portrait invitation, mockup flat lay sample, isolated, on top of a peach fuzz floral wedding background, keep blank white invitation clear of objects with no objects on top of the blank invitation mockup flat lay sample, photoreal" and here were the results (once again, I will mention that you can keep trying until you get the desired results).

I'm a fan of dandelions so I chose the last one.

I've downloaded that and I'm heading over to Canva to do the rest. I'm pretty sure you can do what I'm about to show you for free but I do use the premium version for $12.95 a month. Canva is pretty awesome!

Select "Create a design" and scroll down to "Custom size". Select that and enter 1480 x 1480 pixels as that is the size of the Zazzle cover pics.

Once you are presented with your canvas, you can "Set image as background".

Now (if you haven't already) you can download the invite from Zazzle.

Now the big purple Upload files button and grab your invite.

Click on the upload once and it will be placed in the center of the document. You need to grab it by a corner node and scale it so it fits nicely preferably so that some shadow is showing behind it. If there is no shadow on your cover oic, one can be produced with Canva but we'll cover that later when we come to do the videos!

Now hit the "Share" button top right to execute your download.

Once that is done, we can now go across to Zazzle and furnish our invite with a fresh new cover pic!

And so...

Tune in for part 3 when I'm going to do the collection cover pics and videos for this very same collection!

AI Art on Zazzle

AI Art on Zazzle

Today I'm going to show you how to use AI art to your advantage on Zazzle. For this tutorial, I chose the color of the year 2004 Peach Fuzz. I'm going to create a Zazzle wedding collection on this theme and show you how I do it step by step.

So don't you just love these times? Instead of having to search for peach fuzz floral graphics for commercial use and wading through them all to find a provider that will allow usage on Zazzle, I'm going to head over to Microsoft Copilot to generate free ones without all the hassle of licensing terms etc. In fact, a lot of my providers on Etsy are using it themselves now anyway.

So I want a bouquet for the front and a background for the reverse of my cards. In Copilot, I entered "Detailed watercolor peach fuzz floral bouquet, solid white background, watercolor illustration, isolated, vibrant, bright white background --no mockup, text, words, signature, watermark, no stems" and I got these results. (You can keep trying until you get the desired results)

It appears to have chosen pink to combo with which is cool. I kinda like the look of that second one so I'm going to click on it and download it...

Once I've downloaded that, I will go to remove bg which is an excellent (also free!) tool for removing backgrounds and creating transparent pngs. It really is good and gives great results!

Simply upload your image and let remove bg do the rest...

So now I'm going to bring it into an existing text template I have on Zazzle.

Now I want a background for the reverse side so my next prompt is: "detailed watercolor peach fuzz colored flowers background, watercolor illustration, vibrant colors, --no mockup, no text, no stems, no words, no signature, no vase, no watermark".

Here are my initial results....

I like that first one so I'll be using that for the reverse side of my invite...

No need for remove bg this time.

Et voilĂ !...

There is also the option to do it this way of course, using a transparency on the front...

Zazzle does stipulate that you put "generativecontent" in the tags of any product with an ai generated graphic. I'm going to make a usual collection in this manner now and then make a new post for collection cover images and videos using Copilot and Canva which is also free!

PS: So far I'm using Copilot for free but I believe the Pro Version is $20 a month. Let's stay free for now though. I read that signing out and signing in again can enhance your boosts. Even refreshing the browser works as well.
*Update: I've been using it to generate multiple images for free now and I see it's refreshed every day. I saw this notice first thing this morning...

So they can take a while but we can be getting on with other stuff while we wait.
